Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your AVA Breathe device for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund. Advanced Ventilation Applications, Inc. must receive the product and all of it’s inbox parts (Filters, Nose Buds, Chargers, QSG) in good condition for review, prior to processing a refund. Shipping and handling charges are non- refundable.

Limited Product Warranty

Advanced Ventilation Applications, Inc. (AVA) offers a limited warranty against defects and workmanship for a period of one (1) year following the original purchase date of your AVA Breathe device from an authorized retailer. If you encounter a defect in the materials or workmanship with your AVA Breathe, we will repair or replace the device, subject to inspection. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss, theft, misuse, abuse or dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse. You will void your warranty if you attempt to open or make any repairs to your AVA Breathe.

THESE WARRANTIES ARE AVA’S EXCLUSIVE WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE AVA BREATHE DEVICE AND REPLACE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION (1) OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, PERFORMANCE, SUITABILITY OR NONINFRINGEMENT; (2) RELATING TO ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT OR SOFTWARE; OR (3) REGARDING THE RESULTS TO BE OBTAINED FROM THE DEVICE. AVA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS NOT STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. NO WARRANTIES APPLY AFTER EXPIRATION OF THE ONE-YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD.
